Josh joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2015. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as, a Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Auditing. He currently provides auditing and assurance services to both private companies and non-profit organizations. He also has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

Prior to joining Parker & Owens, PLLC, Josh spent two years with an international accounting firm, where he gained considerable experience auditing both public and large private corporations across a wide array of industries.

Josh is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida. He is a member of both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Josh currently serves as the treasurer of the Lake City Rotary Club and as a member of the stewardship committee at his church.

Charles has over 15 years of experience with the firm. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida in 1998. Charles provides financial reporting and assurance services to our business clients. In addition, Charles provides tax planning and preparation services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Marcella received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2000 and a Master of Accounting degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2003. She has over 20 years of experience in tax preparation and is an Enrolled Agent. She provides our individual and corporate clients with tax planning and preparation services. Marcella is also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
